Diversity at TLS Solicitors
At TLS, we aim to insert diversity, inclusiveness, equality and belonging into everything that we do. We take great pleasure in being a friendly and welcoming firm and with that we have become more proactive when it comes to diversity and equality.
In today’s society, it is extremely important to acknowledge differences in people and celebrate the diversity and that is what we do here at TLS. We also strive to create a working environment where staff feel confident and get a sense of belonging. This ensures we do our best to meet the needs of our staff without isolating particular groups.
As a requirement by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), we have had to collect, report and publish data about the diversity make-up of our workforce. The findings are portrayed below in graphs and charts which ultimately helps us gain a greater understanding of the quantitative data.
